Parfait, nous étions 3 adultes et 1 enfant pour une durée de 5 jours. Logement propre, très bien équipé et très bien situé. Proche du métro, de commerces divers et variés, de restaurants, pharmacie...quartier calme! La literie est très confortable! Vincent et Loïc sont très réactifs! Bref, nous sommes ravis! Dans nos favoris pour une prochaine excursion parisienne! Bonne continuation à vous!

Bel appartement très propre et très calme bien que situé au RDC. Nous n'y avons séjourné que pour une nuit et nous n'avons pas forcément pu profiter de tous les atouts de cet appartement mais les 2 SDB sont très appréciables et la salle de vie est très spacieuse. les chambres possèdent des rangements et sont de belles dimensions. Seul petit bémol le départ à 10h qui était un peu tôt à notre goût. Possibilité de rejoindre la Tour Eiffel en environ 20 min à pied et rues commerçantes non loin ainsi que le métro. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre nuit passée dans cet appartement.

Adoramos Nossa hospedagem! Localização maravilhosa! A pé, numa Linda caminhada 10 min da torre! Muitos lugares pra tomar café e restaurantes! Fica Próximo à rua do comércio! É Super bem localizado, metro a 7 min do apartamento. Voltaremos e vamos indicar muito!

Superbe appartement très bien placé très propre avec deux belles grandes chambres et deux belles grandes salle de bain tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Merci beaucoup tout est parfait

Zeer tof appartement, op een grote 20 minuten stappen van de eiffeltoren. Perfect centraal gelegen om veel te gaan bezoeken. Elke kamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer en in de woonkamer is er de mogelijkheid om een tweepersoonsbed tevoorschijn te toveren. Leuk aangekleed en alles was ter beschikking om zelf te koken.

Eu e minha família gostamos muito da hospedagem. Correspondia as fotos e as descrições. Assim que finalizei o pagamento, Vincent já enviou orientações da casa e indicações de passeios e restaurantes locais. Como essa hospedagem não possuía garagem e íamos de carro, Vincent nos orientou estacionamento com melhor custo benefício próximo a hospedagem. Possui um espaço para reserva de bagagens anexada a hospedagem aonde pudemos alugar para deixar as nossas bagagem mesmo após checkout. A casa é super equipada, parece até que morávamos lá, tinha tudo que precisávamos. Tudo limpo e arrumado. Possui 2 quartos sendo um deles suíte, além do sofá cama na sala. Com uma caminhada de 15min já chegava na Torre Eiffel. Super fácil de se locomover pelo bairro, variedade de padarias, mercados, restaurantes e metrô perto. Vincent sempre respondia rápido, foi super proativo e solícito em tudo que solicitávamos. Recomendo essa hospedagem a todos e voltaria com certeza. Ficamos encantados com a hospedagem.

Estávamos em um grupo familiar grande e a casa nos surpreendeu até o último instante. Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado, com todos os utensílios necessários, máquina de lavar e secar, secador, aquecedor de toalhas, entre outros.. Casa muito bem localizada, 300 Metros da estação de metro, perto de bons restaurantes e supermercados. Vincent nos mandou um verdadeiro manual com tudo da casa e nos auxiliou imediatamente em tudo que precisamos. Definitivamente tudo perfeito.

Vincent was an amazing host and incredibly easy to communicate with, making our stay completely seamless. The apartment was fantastic, beautifully equipped, exactly as pictured, and very spacious for our group of four adults staying during Christmas week. The location was perfect. We were surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bakeries and could easily walk to the Eiffel Tower, Christmas markets, and nearby embassies. Despite being so central, the street was quiet and peaceful. The first-floor apartment and large luggage storage before check-in were very convenient. This was truly one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in and made our Paris trip unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Vincent!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay in Paris! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb and couldn’t have asked for a better place to experience Paris. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable—exactly as described (if not better). Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore the city, whether walking, shopping, or enjoying nearby cafés and restaurants. After long days sightseeing, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. Our host was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming, with great communication before and during our stay. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. This stay truly made our Paris trip even more special, and we created unforgettable memories here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris!
